A Buddhist Podcast - Letter to the Brothers Welcome to tonights show! Tonights lectures is about overcoming the negativity that rises up whenever we want to change the direction of our lives.

It is a long show and we pull no bones about challenging the negativity that meets us fist for fist when we want to create change in our lives and
the world around us!
Picking the music for tonights show was a challenge too! Our great friend Vittoria Conn is preparing a final release mix for her new song Turnaround but we werent able to get to it in time for the recording! Never mind! We'll do our best to get it to you next time!  However, we have some really appropriate music from the Podsafe Music Network.
